تخصص الدبلوم المتوسط التخدير والانعاش
وهو من التخصصات الطبية الضرورية فى مجال المهن الطبية المساندة، حيث يقوم فني التخدير بالرعاية الطبية للمرضى قبل وأثناء وبعد العمليات الجراحية، ويقوم بمساعدة أخصائي التخدير قبل إجراء العمليات وأثناءها وبعدها في جميع مرافق الرعاية الصحية.
وقد تأسس هذا القسم في الكلية العصرية الجامعية في العام 2007 بعد اعتماده من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي، وجاء استحداثه بعد دراسات وافية لحاجات سوق العمل الفلسطينية وفي ضوء تطور القطاع الصحي، حيث تشير الدراسات إلى زيادة الطلب على فنيي التخدير، وبروز الحاجة الماسة لهذا التخصص مع التوسع في إجراء العمليات الجراحية ونمو الخدمات الصحية.
ويستطيع خريج الكلية الحاصل على دبلوم التخدير والإنعاش العمل إلى جانب أخصائيي التخدير في المشافي الخاصة والعامة، وعلى وجه الخصوص في غرف العمليات والإسعاف والطوارىء وكذلك في المراكز الصحية وأطقم الإنقاذ. ويُعتمد على فني التخدير كثيراً في غرف العمليات ويساعد في حالات الطوارئ، ويجهز معدات التخدير قبل العمليات، ويجهز ويفحص ويشغل معدات المراقبة أثناء العمليات، ويتأكد من توفر الأدوية والمتطلبات والمعدات المطلوبة أثناء العمليات، كما يساعد فني التخدير في إجراءات نقل الدم ونقل الأدوية والتغذية الوريدية، ويقوم بالأعمال والمهمات ذات العلاقة التي يكلف بها.
ونظراً لأهمية هذا التخصص ودقته والتطورات العلمية والتقنية المتسارعة في هذا المجال يشترط لقبول الطلبة في هذا البرنامج توافر معايير علمية وأكاديمية خاصة، ويجتاز الطالب مجموعة من المواد النظرية والعملية التي تؤهله لمزاولة مهنته بكفاءة واقتدار. كما أن الخريج يستطيع التعامل مع جميع الحالات المرضية ذات العلاقة بتخصصه علمياً ومهنياً.

أهداف البرنامج:في ضوء رسالة الكلية العصرية الجامعية وأهداف قسم المهن الطبية المساعدة فيها يسعى برنامج التخدير والإنعاش إلى تحقيق الأهداف الآتية:
- تخريج فنيي تخدير مؤهلين وقادرين على الإنخراط في العمل في مجال التخدير والإنعاش بشتى ميادينه.
- تطوير معارف الطلبة ومهاراتهم كفنيي تخدير وإنعاش، لديهم القدرة على القيام بكل ما تتطلبه هذه المهنة من مهمات.
- تلبية احتياجات المشافي والمراكز الطبية إلى فنيي التخدير، ضمن مستويات عليا من المهارة الأكاديمية والمهنية، وبما يتوافق والمعايير الدولية.
- توعية الطلبة بالمشكلات الصحية خلال عملية التخدير، وكيفية التعامل معها.
- تعزيز معارف الطلبة في التعامل مع أساسيات العناية بالمرضى.
- تعزيز قدرة الطلبة على تقييم الأخطار قبل وبعد العمليات الجراحية.

مواصفات الخريج:يتوقع من خريجي البرنامج تحقيق المخرجات التعليمية والتعلمية الآتية بمستوى المعايير الدولية في مجال التخدير والإنعاش:
- التحلي بالمهارات العملية والتطبيقية التي تؤهل الخريج للعمل في شتى مجالات التخدير والإنعاش .
- المعرفة الكافية بالأسس والمبادئ والنظريات والمفاهيم والأساليب والتقنيات الحديثة التي تساعد خريج البرنامج على ممارسة مهنة التخدير والإنعاش.
- الحفاظ على المعايير الأخلاقية والقانونية للممارسة المهنية.
- امتلاك المهارات الفنية للتواصل مع الطبيب والمريض.
- التعامل مع العاملين في المجال الصحي بثقة مبينة على المعرفة العلمية.

- يتوفر مختبر حديث مجهز يساعد الطالب على ممارسة التخدير والإنعاش، حيث يحتوي المختبر على كل ما يحتاجه فني التخدير خلال حياته العملية.

مختبرالتخدير والانعاش:
تحرص الكلية العصرية الجامعية على تعزيز الجانب العملي التطبيقي في برامجها جنباً إلى جنب مع تعزيز الجانب الأكاديمي، ومن هذا المنطلق وفرت الكلية مختبرات لمساعدة طلبة المهن الطبية المساعدة ، ومن بينها طلبة التخدير والإنعاش.
ويتوافر في الكلية مختبر خاص للتخدير والإنعاش، مجهز بكل ما يحتاجه الدارسون والمتدربون من أجهزة ووسائل وأدوات لتطبيق ما يتعلمونه، وهي تجهيزات تماثل التجهيزات الخاصة بطاقم التخدير والإنعاش في غرف العمليات، بحيث يتمكن الطالب التعامل مع المريض بكل كفاءة في المشفى، وتمكن نماذج Dolls و Models المتدرب من فحص المريض والتعامل معه، والقيام بالإجراءات المطلوبة كإعطاء الأدوية، والتنبيب الرغامي والتنفس الصناعي وسائر إجراءات العناية بالمريض.
ويضم المختبر تجهيزات ومعدات متخصصة مثل جهاز التنفس الصناعي Ventilator وأجهزة المراقبة الحيووية مثل جهاز قياس نسبة الأوكسجين في الأنسجة Pulse Oxometer، وجهاز تخطيط القلب، وأجهزة DC shock وأجهزة قياس الضغط و مراقبة القلب Cardiac monitor وما شابه مما يحتاجه فني التخدير.

التدريب العملي:
- يهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز قدرات الطلبة بالجوانب العملية والتطبيقية، وذلك لأهمية التدريب المهني الميداني في مجال التخدير والإنعاش، والمواءمة بين الجوانب النظرية والعملية.
- ويشتمل البرنامج على ثماني ساعات معتمدة للتدريب الميداني، منها ما يختص بالتدريب التخديري ومنها ما يختص بالتدريب التمريضي.
- ويتدرب طالب التخدير والإنعاش لمدة خمسة أسابيع في المشافي والمراكز الطبية بحيث يشمل كل يوم تدريبي على ثماني ساعات تدريبية.
- ويهدف التدريب الميداني إلى تعزيز قدرات الطلبة ومهاراتهم في التعامل مع جميع الإجراءات والمتطلبات لمهنة فني التخدير.

فرص العمل:يتوقع من خريجي البرنامج أن يجدوا فرص عمل في مجال التخدير والإنعاش في كثير من المشافي والمراكز الطبية، ويمكنهم العمل في:
- غرف العمليات بشكل أساس في المشافي الحكومة والخاصة كفنيي تخدير.
- معظم أقسام المشافي من عناية مركزة وطوارئ وباقي الأقسام.
- كضابط اسعاف.
- في وحدات العناية المكثفة في المشافي والمراكز الصحية.

This course aims at training students on the supervising of the Trachea and tabulation, to be able later on to manage doing Vino–Catheterization. It also concentrates on the training students on how patient recovery done, mostly on the ideal supervision after surgery, and how to transfer patient to I.C.U. Moreover, this course will provide the student with the knowledge on checking the readiness of the instruments of anesthesia and the control of these instruments while working on patient.

- أن يكون الطالب حاصلاً على شهادة الثانوية العامة الفلسطينية، او ما يعادلها (مصدقة حسب الأصول) حسب المعدل المحدد من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي للإلتحاق في برنامج الدبلوم.
- أن يكون معدل الثانوية العامة 50% فأعلى للفرع العلمي و60% فأعلى للفرع الأدبي .
- اجتياز امتحان القبول والمقابلة الشخصية بنجاح
- ان لا يكون مفصولاً فصلاً تأديبياً من اية مؤسسة تعليمية أخرى.
- يتم قبول الطلبة من حملة الثانوية العامة ( التوجيهي ) من دول عربية أخرى بناءً على أسس القبول المعمول بها والمطبقة على الطلبة الحاصلين على شهادة الدراسة الثانوية العامة الفلسطينية.
- يتم قبول الطلبة الذين تقدموا لامتحانات أجنبية مثل ( SAT IB ) وغيرها شريطة الحصول على المعادلة من وزارة التربية و التعليم العالي في فلسطين حسب معدلات القبول في الكليات الجامعية.
